The first phase of the proposed project is a +/- 33 acre parcel consisting of three buildings totaling approximately 26,000 square feet in area. Phase 1 will also include perimeter landscaping for the entire site, plus interim internal circulation routes around the future development pads. This project was part of a collaboration between Level4 Studio and Suite 6 architecture firms.
